Services set to close temporarily for move into Champney Treasure House
A number of council services will be closed temporarily as they move their location to the newly refurbished Champney Treasure House.
Alongside the tourist information centre and customer service centre on Cross Street, Beverley Library will also be making the move from its temporary location within County Hall in Beverley.
Beverley customer service centre and the tourist information centre will close on Tuesday, 3 December. The tourist information centre will temporarily reopen in their Cross Street location for the Beverley Festival of Christmas from Friday 6 – Sunday, 8 December.
The library will close on Thursday, 28 November and reopen on Tuesday, 10 December.
All services within the Champney Treasure House, aside from registration services, will reopen, along with the building itself, on Tuesday, 10 December.
Registration services will be open from Thursday, 5 December for Beverley-based functions including births, deaths, taking notices and the collection of certificates. Ceremonies will move from Walkergate House on Wednesday, 18 December.
