Beverley Town Cricket Club have made a double signing ahead of the pre-season starting.

The first signing is, Bailey Wisnewski, who is joining the club as the allocated overseas player for the 2023 season.

Wisnewski is a talented opening batsman from Taranaki, New Zealand. The New Zealander currently captains Inglewood Cricket Club in the Taranaki Premier Competition as well as representing Taranaki in the Men’s Furlong Cup Competition.

The second signing for the 2023 season is opening batsman Tom Norman.

Norman has scored runs consistently over the last few seasons for Folkton and Flixton in the York Senior League Premier Division/YPLN Championship, including 5 centuries. The batsman will bolster the Beverley batting line-up, after some struggles last season scoring quick runs. Norman will also add a vast amount of experience in playing at a high level.
