The NHS has warned East Riding residents that there are limited services available this Bank Holiday Monday. For a life-threatening emergency still call 999 and those with an urgent need are asked to dial 111 or visit the website at 111.nhs.uk where they’ll receive advice or directed to a local Urgent Treatment Centre in Beverley, Bridlington or elsewhere. Most GP practices and pharmacies will be closed on Monday, so residents are asked to collect any repeat prescriptions or other medications today. You can find the latest pharmacy bank holiday opening hours across the East Riding of Yorkshire here. Find out more about East Riding UTCs here – The Mental Health Response Service will remain operational over the bank holiday weekend. Individuals in crisis can access their services on 01482 301701.
