SEVENTY NHS staff working at Castle Hill and Hull Royal Infirmary are swapping scrubs for trainers to support the WISHH Charity’s By Your Side Appeal, by taking part in the Hull 10k and Half Marathon on June 12. Funds raised will be used to improve family accommodation for parents and carers as part of a major redevelopment project at Hull Royal.

The project includes expanding the number of family rooms for parents and carers of the area’s sickest babies and children. The purpose-built family accommodation will be located in a self-contained area on the same floor of Hull Royal Infirmary as the High Dependency Ward.
