Welcome to the Lion, the Unicorn and Me.
Join us at at St Mary’s Church, Beverley for an enchanting performance filled with joy, warmth and humour. Immerse yourself in a world of wonder as we explore Jeanette Winterton’s beautiful nativity (adapted for stage by Gordon Meredith) and find out who was picked for an extraordinary adventure. This live performance promises to be a captivating experience for all ages.
Refreshment and crafts will follow a beautiful retelling of the story and are included in the ticket price of £6 (plus a small admin fee for booking online). Tickets can also be bought directly from the office – stmarys.beverley@gmail.com

St Nicolas Church Services
Our regular services of worship continue to run as usual at 10am on Sundays (first Sunday is Sunday Celebration) in church and 9.30am on Thursdays in the Community Centre.
Messy Church is on the 2nd Saturday in the month in church from 10.30am
Encounter, our Deanery worship is replaced by the Churches Together Carol Service on Sunday December 15th at 6.30pm
Christmas Concert
We are delighted to have the opportunity to host Riverside Brass for a Carol Concert this Christmas on Friday December 13th at 7.30pm.
They present a family fun-filled concert of Christmas music of varying styles, including some audience participation joining in singing some Sheffield Carols.
‘Sheffield Carols’ is a long standing tradition of carol singing in local venues around Sheffield and Derbyshire in the run up to Christmas. There will be a mixture of known tunes set to different lyrics and known lyrics set to different tunes. Music will be available on the night.
