City sign French youth international Lo-Tutala

Hull City have announced the signing of goalkeeper Thimothée Lo-Tutala after agreeing compensation with Tottenham Hotspur.

The 19-year-old shot-stopper has penned a three-year deal with the Tigers, with the club holding the option of an extra year.

Having played for the academies of both Brentford and Tottenham Hotspur, the goalkeeper kept five clean sheets in nine Premier League 2 appearances for the latter last season, and captained Spurs’ Under-18s side.

He also started in Spurs’ final EFL Trophy group stage game for their respected Under-23s side, as they narrowly suffered a 3-2 defeat against Oxford United.

Internationally, Lo-Tutala has earned 14 caps for France at Under-19s level, keeping four clean sheets. The 19-year-old has represented his country at the Under-19s Euros in Slovakia, European qualifiers and international friendlies.
