BEVERLEY DARTS enthusiasts Karl Hornsey and Jake Penn (pictured) have set themselves a darts marathon challenge to raise money for mental health charity Mind. They plan to score 180,000 points in one session of darts, non-stop, and expect to be on the oche for between 12 and 15 hours.

The darts challenge is scheduled to take place at the Durham Ox pub in Norwood on Sunday May 28. “In a time of great uncertainty, our mental health and wellbeing matters more than ever,” they told Beverley FM; adding: “Just £10 could help Mind answer calls to their Infoline, providing someone with vital support and information about help in their area.”

Karl and Jake have set up a JustGiving page with a target of £2,000. More details are available here
