Tonight, both Hall Road Rangers and North Ferriby will take a break from NCEL Division One action to compete in the NCEL League Cup.
Hall Road have the toughest test in the competition with a visit from leaders of the NCEL Premier Division Grimsby Borough. Despite the recent upturn in form Rangers will need to be at their very best against the dominant Grimsby side. Both sides are expected to ring the changes for this fixture, prioritising the league. North Ferriby have a trip to Maltby Main. Ferriby so far still unbeaten in the league will take on a Maltby side which have had a good run in recent fixtures. Prior to the defeat to Goole on Saturday Maltby had won three on the bounce. Once again both sides are expected to make plenty of changes ahead of kick-off.
