Hull FC return to action this evening when they host Leeds Rhinos at the MKM Stadium. The Black and Whites hope to improve on the defeat to Huddersfield last week 40-26. Brett Hodgson is finally able to name a 21-man squad ahead of the game. In previous weeks there were not enough players were available, this has been due to various reasons, but injuries have been a major issue in the FC camp. Josh Reynolds is amongst five first-team players back in contention having returned to the squad. Manu Ma’u, Bureta Faraimo, Joe Cator and Connor Wynne are also fit again. Andre Savelio will miss out on this and the next two fixtures due to sustaining a three-match ban in the Huddersfield game. Leeds have been on some uneven form ahead of tonight with three wins from five, however, the two defeats were both against the high-flying league leaders Catalans Dragons.

FC has also announced a two-year extension to the contract of Brad Fash. The in-form forward is expected to reach the milestone of 100 appearances for the Black and Whites against Leeds tonight. A regular feature under head coach Brett Hodgson, the academy graduate has excelled this season. Fash joins teammates Adam Swift and Chris Satae with new contract extensions in recent weeks.

Hull Kingston Rovers were due to travel to Salford Red Devils this evening however, the host has several first-teamers self-isolating therefore the fixture has been postponed. Next up for the Robins is a Monday night home game against Catalans Dragons for the second time in just over a week. The two met in Perpignan last Saturday the Dragons ran out 32-30 winners in a tight game.
