Rovers add some X factor!

X Factor’s Charlie Cammish (pictured) will perform the pre-match entertainment ahead of the club’s first match back in the Betfred Super League this coming Friday (February 2nd).

Charlie, a lifelong Hull Kingston Rovers supporter, has agreed to sing before the round one clash against Wakefield Trinity at KCOM Craven Park (7.30pm), which officially marks the club’s return to the top flight following promotion at the end of last season.

A proud east Hull girl, Charlie is a trained singer-songwriter, dancer and actress who graduated from Bird College of Performing Arts in London before recently appearing on the latest series of X Factor where she made it through boot camp all the way to the judges’ houses as part of a girl band formed by Simon Cowell.

Charlie is now currently focused on her solo career and is working on a debut album at the moment.

As part of her role headlining the pre-match entertainment, Charlie will perform Brokenhearted by Karmin and club anthem Little Respect by Erasure.

Tickets for Friday’s season opener against Wakefield Trinity are on sale now at the Rovers Retail store and online at
