FASHION RETAILER New Look has announced it’s closing its Beverley store this Friday, September 8. The company has 440 stores across the UK, employing more than 10,000 people, and broke the news of the Toll Gavel store’s closure via its Facebook page.
A statement said: “We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our wonderful customers; we hope to see lots of you over this last week. Your nearest stores will be Northpoint and St Stephens and as always we are available online.”
MORE THAN 30 Beverley area artists, ranging from painters and printers, to potters, framers, jewellers, and photographers, will be opening their studios to the public across two weekends next month for this year’s Beverley Open Studios event. It takes place across the weekends of October 7-8 and 14-15, from 10am-4pm each day.
