Support Services Assistant


Staff Finders are currently recruiting for a Support Services Assistant to join our busy client in Beverley.

This is a full time position working Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm (total 37hours per week)
Start date for this role is Monday 8th November 2021 with the end date of Friday 28th January 2022 with the view to being made permanent.

Duties will include administration of Continued Professional Development for school staff (CPD), answering the telephone, responding to email enquiries, & monitoring generic inboxes, word processing, data input, room bookings, dealing with the delivery of goods and services, payment of invoices, distributing and organising stationery for schools, ordering and stock control.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and committed to providing a quality service. This is a varied position and we are seeking applications from enthusiastic administrators with a flexible approach who enjoy a challenge and who are committed to providing a quality service. You must have a good standard of education and excellent IT & keyboard skills. Good communication skills are essential, as is the ability to maintain confidentiality. A high level of customer service is also required. Teamwork plays a vital role, as does the ability to work on your own initiative and to adapt to a changing environment.
