Receptionist/Admin Assistant

We are looking for bank administrative assistants to support our GP Practices. 

We provide services for a diverse population and it is therefore essential that you are able to communicate sensitively and effectively with people from a variety of backgrounds and with those whose first language may not be English.

Duties will include performing reception duties, collecting and recording information on patients’ injury and illness, booking appointments, inviting patients to clinics, recording patient information, dealing with patient enquiries/requests for prescriptions and alerting clinical staff to outstanding data requirements Administration tasks will include filing, record keeping, data inputting, note summarising and the distribution of documents.
