Wisper Broadband is a Wireless Internet Service Provider operating primarily in Kingston Upon Hull. We are looking for a highly driven individual to join our expanding team to assist in delivering an outstanding customer experience to existing and new customers.
The position will include working within the engineering and technical support department installing and maintaining customer connections as well supporting existing customers with first line customer support.
The successful candidate will have:

Full training and support will be provided for the successful candidate to ensure a good understanding of the service the company offers and maintain company values and standards.
This position is full time at 37.5 hours per week over Monday to Friday. The hours are 9:00am – 5:00pm.
