Your new role 
Our Client is looking to add multiple 1st Line Service Desk Analysts to join their existing Team. The 1st Line Support candidate will be expected to provide 1st Line Technical advice & guidance and maintain excellent Customer Service skills to both internal and external customers.

What you’ll need to succeed 
Previous experience in a similar role is required for this position and candidates wishing to apply must be a competent IT user with Microsoft Office Suite.
– 1st Line experience and past experience of working on a Ticket System
– Accurate Call logging and recording of issues
– Working to SLA’s
– Knowledge of MS Office Applications, E-mail Applications, Password resets.

What you’ll get in return 
The Starting Salary is £22,000 and after specific In House Training this will increase to £24,000. The role also offers an Annual Company Bonus + Benefits
