Council plans site visit before deciding on dog park
Councillors will visit a Beverley dog park before deciding if planning permission can be given. Tamara Hall, of Molescroft Carr Farm, was told to submit a planning application after a number of complaints were received about dogs being exercised in a field that had been set aside as an exercise area.
Concerns had been expressed about possible dangers from aggressive dogs should they escape from the confines of the field. Cllr Denis Healy, who asked for the plans to be brought to the committee, said: “However much we support the idea, it is important they get it right.
