Beverley’s new Thai restaurant
A new Thai restaurant opened in the town last Thursday (May 11th) in the North Bar Without premises previously occupied by the Siam Lion Restaurant. The Sawadee Thai Restaurant, which has no connection with Siam Lion, is open every evening from 5pm until 10pm and Thursday to Saturday for lunch, from 12 noon until 3pm.
Owner Kreantkrai Inproaserth, known to customers and staff as Mr Toon, told Beverley FM: “I’d previously worked at Thai Palace in Beverley and at Siam Lion when it first opened but for the last 18 months or so have been working away in Wilmslow and London and have brought back some really special dishes that will be new to Beverley. We have local suppliers and all our meat is delivered and cooked fresh every day.”
